For a portion of my youth I grew up traveling around the world. Homeschooled by my parents, I had history class in the Colosseum and art class in the Louvre. Although I eventually returned to the classroom of an American college prep school, I never lost my passion for discovery. Having spent much of my childhood exploring the magnificence of the world, I knew that I had to share it with others. So at the age of fourteen I began independently studying and practicing the art of filmmaking.
Having since worked on productions for names like America's Next Top Model and Camelback Mountain Resort, I honed my skills through education and practice. Today, I work in the mediums of music videos, commercials, and short films. Ultimately, I am interested in any medium in which there is emotion to be felt or a story to be told. I believe that these principles can be created in even the most unlikely of scenarios in order to produce compelling and emotive work. I use my passion and awe of the world to fuel every project I work on, no matter how big or small the project is.
